  • American Craftsmanship

    All parts are entirely made in Wisconsin from aircraft quality billet 6061 aluminum.  Making the parts ourselves allows for control of the shape of the surface to be engraved.  In turn, the depth of the engraving can then be controlled. The small cutting tools are fragile as they get as small as a human hair.  To avoid breakage of these small tools, light cuts are necessary.  It may take longer to process, but the results are worth the extra time.  Our focus is on quality & detail – not speed

  • CNC vs Laser

    CNC machines are used to create engraved designs because of the depth that is created.  Cutting into the surface with conical tools gives the graphics visual depth – enhancing the overall appearance.  Other methods, like lasers, only work on the surface.  The visual difference is dramatic.

  • Warranty

    Having a solid warranty implies having confidence in your products and processes.Engraved motorcycle parts from Custom Engraving LTD have a 5-year bumper to bumper warranty, and a lifetime no fade guarantee with painted products.Harley – 1 year.  Indian – (30) days on parts.

  • Paint vs Ink

    Custom Engraving uses PPG automotive grade paint to add color to chrome parts.  To ensure adhesion, the paint is baked at temperatures in line with the operating temp.  There’s an (8) year warranty on all our parts.  As a supplier to the motorcycle industry, our painting process has been lab tested for adhesion and UV light damage with complete success.  Paint is used instead of ink.  Over time, ink fades with exposure to ultraviolet light. PPG auto paint does not fade or weather.

  • Customization

    The possibilities are endless.  Upload your design and we can convert it into a format that can be engraved.  Before any metal cutting takes place, you receive a design proof.  No one else in the industry can add 24kt gold and colors (at least colors that have warranties).
