As the year wraps up, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the 2024 rally season and all the unforgettable memories we made with riders from coast to coast. From Daytona to Galveston, this rally season reminded us why we do what we do at Custom Engraving LTD. Every event was a chance to showcase our engraved, American-made motorcycle parts and connect with folks who share a deep love for quality, durability, and freedom on the open road.
Our team had the pleasure of meeting thousands of passionate riders, hearing incredible stories, and sharing in the excitement of custom builds and unique designs. We’re grateful for everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a laugh, and trusted us to be a part of their ride. Here’s a look back at some highlights from each rally and what made this season truly memorable.
2024 Rally Recap
1. Bike Week – Destination Daytona, FL
Dates: February 28 – March 9
Location: Destination Daytona, Ormond Beach, FL
Kicking off the season in Daytona was nothing short of spectacular. The energy at Bike Week is always unmatched, with riders of all ages showing up to celebrate their love of motorcycles. Our booth was buzzing as we introduced our custom derby covers and timing covers to new faces. One of the highlights was seeing the pride on riders’ faces as they showed us their custom bikes. Thanks to everyone who came by to chat and check out our parts—there’s no better way to start the season than with the camaraderie of Daytona’s Bike Week.
2. Leesburg Bike Fest – Gator Harley, FL

Location: Gator Harley-Davidson, Leesburg, FL
Leesburg Bike Fest felt like a gathering of old friends this year, as so many familiar faces and loyal customers joined us in Florida. We love the laid-back, welcoming vibe of this event, which makes it easy to relax and talk shop with everyone. Sharing the stories behind our parts and hearing riders' thoughts on durability and American craftsmanship reminded us why we’re so proud of what we do. Thanks to Leesburg for making us feel like part of the family!
3. Thunder Beach Spring Rally – Panama City Beach, FL
Dates: May 1 – May 5
Location: Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach, FL
Thunder Beach was another hit, with the Gulf Coast providing a stunning backdrop for five days of festivities. The beachside atmosphere made this rally feel like a true celebration, and we were honored to be a part of it. We had a chance to meet riders from all over the Southeast, each one bringing unique insights and stories. The pride people took in their bikes was evident, and seeing so many riders eager to add a touch of Custom Engraving LTD to their rides was a true highlight.
4. Sturgis Motorcycle Rally – Black Hills Harley, SD
Dates: July 26 – August 10
Location: Black Hills Harley-Davidson, Rapid City, SD
Sturgis is one of those rallies that’s impossible to put into words—it’s a pilgrimage for riders and enthusiasts alike. This year, we were blown away by the scale and spirit of the event. Every day brought a new wave of bikers to our booth, and it was a pleasure to talk to folks about what they wanted for their custom builds. Hearing about the rides people had taken to get there and the pride they had in their American-made bikes and parts resonated with us deeply. We’re beyond grateful for the connections made at Sturgis, and we’re already looking forward to next year.
This is Branden. Last year he stopped by the Custom Engraving LTD booth and he had just lost his mom in a terrible hit and run accident. We shared an emotional moment as he explained what happened.
Shortly afterward, we made this custom engraved derby cover memorial piece for him so his mom can ride with him all the time, and it was great to reconnect with him at Sturgis this year.
5. Ocean City Bikefest – OC Convention Center, MD

Location: Ocean City Convention Center, Ocean City, MD
Ocean City was another standout event. The coastal views and welcoming community made it feel like a true celebration of the biking lifestyle. We had some incredible conversations with riders who were just as passionate about supporting veteran-owned businesses as we are. Thanks to everyone who took the time to stop by our booth and chat about our custom parts. Your support means the world to us.
6. Bikes Blues & BBQ – Pig Trail Harley-Davidson, AR
Dates: October 1 – October 5
Location: Pig Trail Harley-Davidson, Rogers, AR
Bikes Blues & BBQ is an event close to our hearts. The combination of bikes, blues music, and barbecue just speaks to the American spirit, and we were thrilled to be part of it. The crowd was lively and full of enthusiasm, and the sense of community was palpable. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, talked shop, and shared in our passion for American craftsmanship.
At Bikes, Blues, and BBQs we crossed paths with Tracy. Tracy bought his derby cover from us three years ago in Panama City Beach and this is the second bike that this cover has been installed on - still looks like day one!
7. Biketoberfest – Destination Daytona, FL
Dates: October 16 – October 19
Location: Destination Daytona, Ormond Beach, FL
Returning to Daytona for Biketoberfest felt like a homecoming. This event always brings out riders who are dedicated to quality and authenticity, and it was a pleasure to showcase our engraved parts once again. We loved hearing feedback from riders who had already invested in Custom Engraving LTD parts earlier in the season. Your loyalty and pride in your bikes motivate us to keep pushing for excellence.
At Biketoberfest we ran in to some familiar faces like Roger who is still impressed with his military-inspired custom engraved fuel door cover!
8. Thunder Beach Fall Rally – Panama City Beach, FL
Dates: October 23 – October 27
Location: Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach, FL
The Thunder Beach Fall Rally was another fantastic experience, wrapping up the Gulf Coast rallies in style. We had some great conversations with riders about custom parts, and it was inspiring to hear how much people valued quality and durability. The sense of community at Thunder Beach is always strong, and we were grateful to be part of it once again.
9. Lone Star Rally – Galveston Harborside, TX
Dates: October 30 – November 2
Location: Galveston Island, Harborside District, Galveston, TX
Closing out the season at Lone Star Rally was perfect. Texas always brings a special energy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up the year. Meeting riders who are just as passionate about patriotism, quality, and craftsmanship made us feel right at home. We left feeling inspired by the conversations and grateful for the support and enthusiasm from the riders who stopped by.
